Job Title: Admissions Officer (Remote – Part-Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Admissions Officer to join our team in supporting our partner university. This is a fully remote, part-time position designed for a professional who excels at guiding students through the pivotal transition into higher education.

Key Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Provide expert guidance to prospective students regarding program selection, entry requirements, and the application process.
- Application Management: Review and evaluate student applications, ensuring all documentation meets the university’s rigorous standards.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up with inquiries via email, phone, and video calls to convert prospective leads into enrolled students.
- Policy Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the partner university’s admission policies, international visa regulations (if applicable), and scholarship criteria.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM to track the student journey from initial contact to enrollment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in education counseling, university admissions, or a closely related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), video conferencing tools (Zoom/Teams), and Microsoft Office 365.
- Remote Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
