Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and certified Crane Operator to operate mobile and heavy lifting cranes for construction and industrial lifting operations. The operator must ensure safe handling of loads, conduct inspections, and coordinate closely with rigging and site safety teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate mobile cranes, rough-terrain cranes, and heavy equipment cranes safely and efficiently.
• Perform lifting operations as per load charts, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspection of crane equipment, rigging tools, and safety mechanisms.
• Set up cranes and ensure proper boom settings, outriggers, and lifting balance.
• Work closely with signalman / rigger to position loads accurately.
• Record and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure load security, stability, and safe movement of materials.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Maintain operational logs and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Crane Operator License / Training Certification (Mobile Crane & Heavy Equipment).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience operating cranes in construction projects, preferably tower/mobile/heavy lifting works.
• Knowledge of load charts, rigging, slinging principles, and lifting signals.
• Ability to understand site drawings and lifting plans.
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work in heavy construction environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with heavy lifting operations (15T - 50T+ cranes)
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Familiarity with lifting gears, shackles, wire ropes, slings, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
