Job Description
We are looking for a smart, confident, and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our consultancy. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle both in-person and online inquiries efficiently.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in students and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries
- Provide accurate information about services and guide students accordingly
- Maintain front desk operations and manage appointments
- Support the counseling team with administrative tasks
- Create and present short video presentations/content when required
- Maintain records, documents, and basic reporting
✅ Requirements
- Minimum +2 (12th Grade) completed or Bachelor’s Running
- Fluent in Nepali & English (both spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email & Internet usage
- Camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-presented, positive attitude, and professional behavior
💼 Preferred Qualities
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk (not mandatory)
- Interest in the education/abroad study sector
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
