We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as Front Desk Social Media Assistant in our Consulting department. This is a Full Time position requiring 1 Year + of experience.
Front Desk & Administrative Support
· Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department
· Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
· Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
· Schedule appointments and assist with basic office coordination tasks
· Support the team with other administrative duties as required
Social Media Management
· Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.)
· Create simple, visually appealing posts, photos, videos, and captions
· Promote company events, client success stories, and important announcements online
· Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
· Assist in developing creative content that reflects the company’s brand and values
· Office-based role with regular interaction with visitors and staff
· A dynamic mix of administrative responsibilities and creative social media tasks
