Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, stock movement and product displays.
• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain basic accounting and prepare sales/financial reports.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and professionally presented.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in a clothing store.
• Prior experience in sales and marketing.
• Knowledge of accounting, cash handling, and financial record-keeping.
• Experience in inventory and stock management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a team and take ownership of store operations.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Candidates with previous Store Manager/Outlet Manager experience will be preferred
