  • These Terms apply to job seekers, employers, and administrators using JobGara’s Website and App.

Platform Overview

• Services
  • Job listings, employer registration, job posting and management, job applications, messaging, and notifications.
• Accounts and Eligibility
  • Provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date. Accounts are personal and non‑transferable.
  • Employers must be authorized representatives of their organization. Minimum age to use JobGara is 16.
• Permitted Use
  • Use JobGara to search, apply to, and manage jobs (job seekers) and to post and manage lawful job opportunities (employers).
• Prohibited Conduct
  • No fraud, spamming, harassment, scraping, fake roles, or fee‑for‑job schemes.
  • No posting of illegal, discriminatory, or misleading content.
• Job Posting Standards
  • Post accurate, lawful, and non‑discriminatory listings with clear requirements. We may review, edit, or remove content that violates policies or law.
• Applications & Communications
  • Apply in good faith and provide truthful information. Do not misuse messaging or reviews.
• Content Ownership & License
  • You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant JobGara a non‑exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it to deliver services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

• App Distribution and Google Play
  • Download the App only from Google Play. The App requests only necessary permissions and discloses data categories in the Data Safety section.
• Disclaimer and Liability
  • JobGara is an intermediary connecting job seekers and employers and is not a party to employment contracts. We are not liable for employer actions or posted content.
• Termination and Suspension
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using the services at any time.
